Was so excited to purchase this item to gift to grandparents for Christmas. Ordered in ample time to receive. Initially Received someone ELSE's ornament (different personalization). Messaged seller and she agreed to send a replacement out asap. It's been WEEKS and I still haven't received the replacement. What a way to ruin my fun planned surprise!!!!!!
