Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using(“the Site”) operated by Must Be Monogrammed (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at .
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
We handcraft all products within 14 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we cannot guarantee a faster processing time. Each product page includes an approximate shipping timeline detailing when the product will be ready to ship and is updated regularly.
Made to Order vs Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products take up to 14 days to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

Please use the supplied size chart to prevent errors in ordering. Size charts are provided directly from the manufacturer and sizing may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Please refer to the color charts to prevent errors in ordering. We do our best to match the colors shown in our listing pictures and color charts to that in which you see on your computer screen. Since every monitor is calibrated differently and is vibrant with backlighting, colors may vary in brightness and hue from what you see on your screen from monitor to monitor, monitor to printer and printer to printer. If you need to match a certain color, please contact us directly.
Shipping + Local Pick Up
We ship through the following carriers:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need up to 14 days to be handmade.
We are not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.
For customers local, we do allow free local pick up.
Shipping Cost Calculations
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
Returns + Exchanges
Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale + Clearance Items
All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Exchanges + Returns
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to Must Be Monogrammed, 3923 Morse St, Suite 109, Denton, TX 76208.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Site and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use. We reserve all rights now expressly granted to you and to the Site, the Content and the Marks.
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by use.
We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Our Site may contain links to third-party sites that are not owned or controlled by Must Be Monogrammed.
This Agreement (and any further rules, polices, or guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
There may be information on the Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Site at any time, without prior notice.
Changes To This Agreement
Please review this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to any of this Agreement or any changes to this Agreement, do not use, access or continue to access the Site or discontinue any use of the Site immediately.
